I checked in online for a haircut and my show time was 11:59. I actually showed up 15 minutes early,and was checked in by one of the employees. My appointment was with Mel. I saw my name on the board. There was an employee sweeping up hair, tidying the place up, and who asked me if i checked in and I said yes. Several minutes later I asked her if there was a restroom and she pointed it out to me. After using the restroom, I returned to the seating area and she asked me my name. I told her, and she asked are you ready? I said yes, but then she said wait a minute he is before you pointing to someone who just walked into the store. I asked are you Mel? She said yes.I looked at the phone and it was at the time I was supposed to show. She went to the computer entered something and my wait time on the board changed to 32 minutes. I sat there waiting for almost 20 minutes while she was not cutting hair, so I wondered why she did not take me. I decided to just leave without saying anything or making a big deal out of it, but I will definitely not return.

This place has been my go to place to get my haircut for a few years now and usually they do a great job. I don’t pick a specific stylist since I never seem to have a problem. Today was different Maria S (I think that’s her name I didn’t get a receipt and she barely said hi) didn’t do what service I have come to expect. She was in a hurry to get me in and finish with no regard that my hair was cut specifically how I wanted. From start to finish I was in the chair 10 to 15 min. I asked for a trim on the top and when she carelessly fumbled through my hair with out asking if that’s the right length or ok. She barely cared and I had to ask her to fix multiple spots she missed.

Got my haircut today. Krista did a fantastic job. Great attention to detail, wonderful personality. Overall AWESOME experience!!
