called to set appointment for 4 hours from call with a preferred stylist, was told this can only be done on line, so I logged into the sports clips site. and tried it. FAIL. you can not select a preferred stylist nor can you choose a set time for you appointment. come on it 2019, a business should make it possible for a customer to be able to call and set and appointment with a preferred stylist at a preferred time, and it should be able to be done on line. I would not get my hair cut at a sports clips if the stylist I like did not work there.

Been going to Jen for almost 3 years. I?ve had three or four different hairstyles and she is very confident and on point with what she does in helping me create something and making it happen. Great conversation and she enjoys what she does. ?

I've had to go back to have something fixed with my hair 5 times now. Why do I keep giving them a chance? Because it's nearby and open late, and I believe in giving people a chance to do something better and recover a service. After paying $25 for a $12 haircut multiple times, going back for missed spots and uneven fades with lines, I think I'm done being patient. I was asked by someone at work today if I cut my own hair. Don't come here if you want a nice fade, because the lighting sucks for detail work, and what looks okay in the salon will look terrible in natural lighting. I have a coupon for half off my next haircut, and I won't be willing or able to use it.
